Seahawks costs & fees

​​​ NOTE:  We are asking families this year to pay practice fees for one day on weeks they don't participate in at least one practice or lesson (maximum $25 if you have two or more participating children,  maximum $15 if you have only one participating child).  This does not include weeks your swim day  was cancelled or not scheduled.  For all fees, make checks payable to TCC (The Christian Community) or pay cash in a marked envelope.

School Year Team Membership Costs:   $50 school year fee for each family.  $25  for families only participating in swim lessons.

One Time Liability Fee

• $8 liability per swimmer or lessons child.  If you are playing water polo, there is an additional $12 liability fee for participation.  Liability Fees covers you through AUG 2027.

Swim Practice & Swim Meet Costs:

•  Come the days you choose, pay weekly as you go or twice monthly. 

•  $15 for each practice of each week ($10 each second child, $5 each additional child).

Discount on 3rd or 4th practice of each week: $10 first child, $5 each additional.

• Most swim meets are $15 for the first swimmer, $10 for the second swimmer, $5 additional. There are higher costs for meets at TAC and the NCHEA Championships.

•  Water polo is $10 per participant, $5 siblings

•  Masters cost is $10 for the first parent, $ 5 for the second parent ($15, $10 if your children are not swimming).

High School Swim Meet Eligibility:

• The High School Season begins Monday, November 2nd and runs through the NCHEA State Championships on Friday, Feb. 5, 2027

​

• To be eligible to swim in the NCHEA State Championships, swimmers must be homeschooled, participate in at least 2 high school swim meets, and participate (swim the sets) in at least 11 TCC team practices from November 2 through February 3.

• To be eligible to compete in a high school swim meet, swimmer must have attended at least one practice two weeks before the swim meet date.

Lesson Costs:

• Group: $15 per 1/2 hour lesson for the first child, $10 each second child, $5 additional.  Discount on 3rd or 4th lesson of each week: $10 first child, $5 each additional.

• Private: $35 per 1/2 hour lesson for the first child, $10 each additional.
